Delivery Timing

14 days, depending on the destination. Small parts or accessories will be shipped “best way”, with expected delivery dependent upon the destination and customer requirements.

Refund-Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept return of equipment that has been used. Equipment that has not been used is subject to a 35% restocking charge.

Access to your personal/confidential information is restricted to our employees and agents who need such information to provide you with the best possible products and highest quality of service.

Information Collected:
We collect information only to the extent required to conduct business and use it only in accordance with applicable law or in response to your request for a quotation/purchase from us. The information we obtain from you enables us to manage our relationship with you, and provides us with insight to the products and services required to meet your needs.

We will not disclose any personal/confidential information unless we are authorized in writing by our clients to do so, or are required by law to disclose said information. We may disclose nonpublic personal information as required by law and may disclose such information (if permitted by law) upon the request of a law enforcement agency or presentation of a court order or subpoena. As allowed by law, we may ask for credit and other consumer reports from consumer reporting companies concerning information you have provided us on an application/quotation request.
